It is a point to be noted that only "IIM" graduates get such salaries and still the companies from where they get such salaries still find them cheaper than gaduates from Harvard or Stanford. We should also look at that factor that IIMs are cream la cream of Indian education and are capable of giving much more than just counting $$$ provided to them by their international masters. We should only tap ourselves when every tom,dick and harry in India is able to achive the salary level given to these guys!!!
