hello sir i am from pune. i want to go to UK for A and As level after my 10th std.i m applying in april 2009 through Agarwall overseas education to 3 colleges in England(uk). i m 16 years old. i heard that the new rules are not giving visa to under 18 students. plz could you tell me the full and right information?
