You need to add some more tips on responding to group emails. (BTW glad you added the tip about the chain emails - Indians especially are so supersitious that they tend to forward these a lot more).
With group emails if there is something controversial in your response - respond to the sender as a courtesy. Also, dont acknowledge the receipt to everyone (if that's all you are doing). I hate it when people start arguing in a group email creating a discussion instead over email.
