Ground Job.

I am Neha Goplani from pursuing MBA in Finance. I want ot enter the Aviation Industry and want to join in as a Ground Job Crew. How much will my MBA help me in that and how can I get into this?
Is a training necessary?
Please reply I have only one year with me.
