I think the author has missed the most important book market in Delhi which is nai sarak, chandni chowk. This market has got over a mile of book shops on either side and I believe every student of Delhi has visited this place more than once in their lifetime. You get discount upto 40% (30% is too common) and you can buy first hand and second hand books too, which you can sell later again if you want. Its the most cost effective and widely maintained database of global books on all subjects at the least cost..
