yes really good to have work experience before you go for MBA (full time). But before starting work be sure in what field you want to be in. i.e in finance, marketing, operations, HR etc. After choosing the field you can do work in the same stream for year & half after your graduation. No matters at what level. Hence you will be familiar with that subject. And yes give 6 months after work to search for a good college.
