Hi All, I think work ex is more very much important. Its similar to situation whn a guy is switching from one domain to another and he has prior experience in that domain may be during his college time so if he has prior experience he can cope up very easily. We can read a lot of books but we cannot learn practical experince. i m a software engg in samsung. Still I m planning to go for MBA after a exp so that wht I will read there there sud be a clear image in my mind. Otherwise I can read but I can never see practical experience.
