In my opinion and experience, joining a work to get experience and simultaneously do MBA through evening college or Open University would be an idle solution.
I started my career as a Secretary and now holding a very responsible Key position in one of the leading company in abroad.
Though I have not done MBA, the company is considering my experience first, while they consider a position to fill as they need the practical output rather than a theoratical knowledge.
Alas, Ms Shalini, its your future and you are the best judge.
