I agree with the professor. I am working in a call Center as a Manager and I have done my MBA. While I was studying I could not relate many things to the partical situations due to lack of experience. Now when I am getting exposure, I have recolelct all the concepts I studied and it is really diffuclt. If you have experience then you can relate the subject very esaliy and can have a better career.
Many of my employees joined our organization after their graduation, few of them quit job for higher studies and got very good opportunitites. Few of them continue to work and then selected to study from XLRI. Degree from XLRI is preferred everywhere. Soon after completeting MBA they got very good offers in MNCs.
