Chidambaram - Can you hear us?

I don't know why Chidambaram is focussing only on the salaried class!! Has he ever been in the middle class / upper middle class band? Never! Why can't he tax dividends - atleast something like if the dividends cross 10 Crore - a 10% tax will be levied. There are people who are stuggling to move towards a comfortable life and there are people who walk away tax free with crores of rupees as dividends and there are businessmen who are smarter than FM who evade tax comfortably - When is this going to change?
