i am one of the many dealing with anger problems.i used to be easily provoked on a daily basis dealing with various people and quick to loose temper.on a long term basis too i was angry with a few people on the basis of real and percieved reasons.
i began to realise that this was making me not only unhappy but also unpopular.nobody likes to deal with a person who is angry and unpleasant. i also realised this anger was due to unreasonable expectations on my part.expecting people to be efficient all the time and quick to blame others were some of the other reasons for my predicament.
i joined a meditation course two weeks back and i already find it highly effective in controlling anger.during and after meditation you tend to reflect on some of your negative qualities and seek a way in getting rid of them.
i am now certain that daily meditaion is a highly effective method in dealing with this problem.
