Whatever the cause for anger is, I try to keep my cool for the immediate 5 minutes - just go silent. Those 5 minutes are so very important, the brain loses all its rationale and act just out of pure adrenlaine rush. Venting out your anger within that period may end up causing more trouble than good. Trust me...stay put for 5 minutes..you may probably end up finding a more snsible way to vent out your anger !! Of course there are exceptions/emergencies where one SHOULD NOT try to control the anger. In such cases too, a small amount of control should still be exercised for our own sanity. Otherwise, in a more common scenario, most of the times, makes a lot of sense controlling one's anger at that moment. One may not realize it at that very moment but will see clearly down the line.
