ANGER IS NOT A PROBLEM

Anger should not be treated as a problem. It is one of the emotions like happiness etc. The best part is to channelise it. On my part, I can get very angry at the slighest provocation. But however, I have leart through time to probably shout out once or just to keep it off my minds, atleast for a while.
