You are right its very unfair....In fact the guy who manages the security or the cafeteria must also be given the chance to write software or manage large IT projects.
Just because he/she is not an engineer should be no reason that the person be denied the chance
Sir....life is always a little unfair. Better opportunities always go to better equipped people!!
