Kundan, Pls get your facts straight before you comment about others. Infact you should talk about your company only and not about other companies. You are just one year old guy in the company and you may not know everything. I have 15 years of work experience with TCS and WIPRO currently setting up my own company. I have left them to not that there were problems but for my own growth. They have excellent training facilities and decent work culture. Infact all the top 4-5 companies are almost similar with respect to training, types of people being hired etc. It is true that the quality of people coming into these companies is also coming down these days but that is the problem across IT industry. You cannot make loose comments without knowing the facts. Please talk for Infy only. Regards, John
