Hi guys I have full scholarship for phd in US and UK from govt. of India include all fee and living expenses and travelling expenses. But for applying to good universities in US, I need around two lakh rupees that i dont have. I belong to middle class family and dont want to be burden on my parents, as they have done too much for me. They cant manage the money because of loan debt. I already contacted with National Banks ,they are asking for personal security, which i don't have.
