MBA Finance

I am an Engineer (Electronics and communication with 65% marks and), i have 3 yrs(IT) experience. I want to pusue MBA in finance. I am going to sit for GMAT in sept. I want to know what score should i target and also can you pls suggest some good b school both indian and foriegn.
