7 tips to minimise exam stress - add 8th one

I have gone through the article. I am not a student but a parent of three daughters running my 60th year. My advice is to include "Pranayam" as is taught by Swami Ram Devji on Aastha Channel. I myself have experienced a lot of diieference after trying simple pranayam on my own for the last three months. In fact since last so many months I use to consume medicines like trimine and depranil three time a day to have a sound sleep. But after doing pranayam for three months only 20 to 30 minutes a DAY now I can have sound sleep without the aid of my medicines. I wish every student a stress free exam, if they practice pranayam daily atleast for half an hour early in the morning with empty stomache. Jai Baba Ramdevji
