hi satish, to improve english,remember tht u should make everything short.speak short sentences..put some eng sentences while speaking ur own language.tht will give u confidence.. listen to others who are good in eng. and try to speak as soon as u hear for couple of times.it will give u practice.(watch movies with subtitles..)else reading is also good.newspaper is very good example to improve...start with these things first and then u will see the difference. and yeah..dont translate exactly ur language to english.u will get to know if u have listened well.
