If you are experienced with atleast couple of years on your back then thes programs and the work permit would help. An MBA is not a technical degree where even researching in schools can be counted as experience. So freshers should keep this in mind. Getting a cross-cultural experience is definiely good. Lot of indian students in US do illegal jobs to pay fo their school and living. So be well prepared with this reality. baap ke paise ke baare me soch le!!!
