One way to tackle stress is to take a brisk walk as in walking all the muscles come in to action. Yet another way is to take a Cold water bath as cold water stimulates nervous system. Another suggestion is to go to Temple/church/mosque to get confidence in God if not in oneself as Emerson put it," Many things are wrought by prayer than the world dreams of.
