Hello Beena, As u wrote that you have a good job and only in second line you wrote you have no work in your current company. I dont think that this is possible because as you explained you are belong to "1000 crore group" company. And there are so many things you can do to to improve your company revenue and to improve your skills. In free time you can do Research and Development on your previous projects. Definitely you will get some good ideas from that. Just forget the peoples who has left the organization, bcoz no one is expect to stay forever in one organization. This beneficial to both organization and individual. My suggestion is dont quit the job , continue with your current job and enjoy working.
