did u find the reasons why your boss left the job? i can make out from your message that he must have good enviorment here too......if he had any problem with upper management then make sure u find out the reasons he left the job and act is a such way that it doesnt happens to u.....
very importantly, let it be great ideal job, but if the job doesnt sharpen ur knowledge and skills then i suggest u as a freind start finding better one...
