Hi. What do you do when you have been in a company for 2 years with just one project behind you? what do you do when you have immense thirst to learn and work but end up passing time doing nothing? What do you do when you feel the need to grow in one particular domain but end up being switched from one team to another(Each ofcourse working in different areas)? Then leaving that company becomes necessary right?? And as far as talking to superiors is concerned, when even they cannot help in such situations, what do you do? I believe these kind of situations do arise in service based IT Companies.
