I agree 100% that we shud not quit a job and run. its always better to stay back and face the situation, you just need a strong will power. But my situation is somewhat different here, i have a gud job, in a gud co. (1000 crore group), ideally located. now the problem is that my boss has quit and i'm left back without any work to do. The management hasnt discussed with me their future plans and i'm left in a lurk. can anybody suggest wht shud b done? note, its not easy to get a better job than this.
