After reading this article I felt its correct to inform the company not accepting the offer but if not informed its not wrong completely. Because Indian companies are not professional. When they interview people they never tell the results .Esp IT companies one day HR calls and they are silent like hell then one day they call again leaving the candidate to guess what is what. Nor do they tell that the candidate is selected or not selected. If employees are not informing the companies they dont join is not a surprise to me, rather they are right in a way as there has to be some way to harrass these companies also else they just dont follow the so called HR policies which they have on paper
