RE: REJECTING OFFER

Most of the hiring process is now becoming a business deal.

Both employer or employees keep their mum to regret the offers made to employe(r)es.

Often employers question why candidate not joining on date. But never I heard a case from employee questioning a company.

So in both cases things shouldn't be left implicit.
