Sir/madam,
Why does this need to be Told to HR, if he is Not turning up on Joining date it is assumed that candidate has chosen a better job. Black listing and red taping call it any name is absolute stupidity. Only we Indians come up with fancy things in name of regulation to benefits very few people. As candidate compete for the Jobs, industry should compete for Candidate. in 2001 and 2002 Do you know how many offers were declared void by reputed firm. why didn\\\\\\\'t people raise the issue. I accept it is Professional and courtesy to inform whether you accept or reject an offer but it should not be punishable. We dont punish people for not saying \\\\\\\"Thank You\\\\\\\" or \\\\\\\"Excuse Me\\\\\\\".
In past do you heard of any story of rejecting a candidate in polite manner, some time HR won;t even reply back to candidate whether he is seleted or reject and on what grounds.
FYI .. I am an HR from reputed IT firm who si ready to live by the fact that thet companies fight for Associates rather than associates fighting for Jobs.
Instead of spoiling the career maintain the List of Employees who excelled to help him to get better job in the market.
