nice article.followed the programme quite closely- actually it complemented with my own weight losing intent. i weighed 90 kgs at 5 10' and my intent was to lsoe half kg every week- 2 per month .
Had managed to cut calorie intake. apprx. 1900 cals per day. kept food diary . Followed the 3 hour s before meals and no-sleep after lunch (incl Sun.) quite strictly. coffee intake was also cut. 3 days of cardio. 3 days of excercises (at home. 1 day rest. Managed this, with few disruptions.
No, sweet tooth, so was ok with NO chocolates. addicted to peanuts, cut them down. alcohol intake was less during . No beer at all. last 4 weeks zero alcohol. currently i weigh. 84.5 kgs.quite encouraged by results, aim to bring weight to my optimal 72-75 kgs , in 3 months time.
my advice? Diets are BAD ...but dieting (the process ) is great. It makes u (At least) aware. also:
1. dont take diets seriously at all. enjoy it.relax. chill 2. talk about it, if u want to. make fun of it. cheat on it- bits. 3. keep food diary, its interesting 4. ....also, dont weight yrself every day. 5. ...always add 0.5 kgs to your measured weight, so that you dont feel too happy about it
