hi im sweety, im 5'3"i always maintained 53kgs weight. and going to the gym everyday. i run on treadmill for 30 min and do my weight training for 45 min. but now i ve puton. my current weight is 58kgs. can u give me a proper diet chart with names of vegetable,i eat all veg. i wnat to loose 6kgs. thanks,looking for ur early reply
