PKL. Aug.24,2006(Thursday) It pleases me to hear that our young hopefuls on the US campuses and elsewhere expatriate destinations instead of badgering the unsure new-comer with hazing ,ragging and such other youthful fillibusters try to make the youngster take his education away from the home in a homely foster-home.I salute this solemn spirit of Bharati camaraderie of these youthful Bhartiyas far from their local small grudges, and perceived prejudices, based on speech, gender, caste ,sect or othersas positive great generous disposition. Myself old teacher always stood for the help and guidance to my charge from far &near embracing distant continents races, gender and speech communities amongst my graduate , post graduate scholars and research fellows.I had little salary but at my Qrs. periodically I would invite all of them to assemble and feel at-home with my children and spouse frugal meals that only I had resources to offer. Those bondings across all borders are the greatest rewards to me as a pedagogue of yore! D. Goel for homely
