sir,can you plz tell me if i am going for fellowship programme under iim then what will be the advantages?actuaaly i am a production engineer(b-tech)passed out this year.if i am not persuing mba,rather fellowship programme under one of the iims then what will be the advantages and what will be the disadvantages compared to mba programme?
