Myself Priyank Vora.I am a physical therapist.At present i am practicing in my home town since last one and a half year in ahmedabad,gujarat,india.I got rejection first time on 9th of this month for student visa.I have secured my admission in Loma Linda University,California and assistantship too.I was asked abut MY income and income tax return which i didnt file coz of less income.but i replied that i m earning 1-1.2 lakhs per year.They rejected me on that ground.I need a suggestion to get out of this.and i want to know about the possibilities to get the visa in 2nd time.rest of all financial details were clear to visa officer.
Another point : I applied for h-1b visa in 2005 by a company in usa.it was a recruitment company came to india for an open interview and i was selected,but for that file,i never got the approval itself and so i wasnt able to go for the visa interview.and this year i didnt put my file again as i m interested in further studies now.does it make any difference during visa interview?I mean will they be able to see my H-1b file? or it might have been closed automatically?
