should i elligible for study in USA

we had put a immigration file for USA in year 1996 and our file is opened now & we will get visa for US with in

2-3 months.we had put a file based on F4 category.

but i have 23 years. so i am not elligible to go to USA with my family. so i have only one option to go for USA is based on student visa.



i have completed my Diploma in Information Technology

and currently i am in final year in B.E. I.T.



should i elligible to get student visa for USA?
