Hi, Most of the universities dont offer funding beforehand unless you are coming here for Phd. tution fess which the university lists will be for 3 semesters and but taking courses in summer semester is optional. You can take fees sufficient for 1 semester and also to manage your living expenses for 1 semester. In case if you don't find any funding at the end of the semester, you can always ask your parents to send money for next semester. Part time jobs vary depending on what work you do. Generally they pay anywhere between 8-10 $ per hr which should come to 700-800 $ per month. If you do get assistantship, some part of your fees will get waivered and also you'l get more stiphend For now, find out how much fees it is for 1 semester and take 3000$ more on top of it.
