i am working as an HR Executive and i have completed my MBA from not a very well known college... I want to know about the foreign universities offering ph.d degrees .... i am an average student with high aspirations and want to make my career in HR. I have my passion for HR and want a PH.d degree in that from a good foreign univ.....
i want to know about such unive....there examination process ans their fees structure...i cannt spend too much money on fees structure also
