i am a btech.3rd year student of electronics and communication engg.,planning to take up coaching for gre and toefl for admision into MS in US.
i am good at my academics but i have not participated in any seminars, paper presentations, association activities or so....
to how much extent are these factors going to affect my admission into a top rated
college for the course of "Embedded systems in MS" if i get a good score of 1450 in gre and 270 in toefl?(please tell me whether a special course for Embedded systems is offered or it is given as a part of any other course ...please spesify the courses if yes).
also please spesify the top ranking universities for this course..(in US)
if i need to get admission into top 25 colleges,what is the area i should be concentrating on?
imean...totally on gre and toefl ?or is it mandatory to have my active participation in seminars, paper presn. etc
also tell me the fees (approx.) to get into these top universities ...
is there any means of gettin scholarships or stipend in these colleges?
if so what are the basic qualifications and what are the scores i need to get?please send a reply..
