University suggestions required

Hi...

I am manish,studying in BE(Electronics). GRE score 1320 and New TOEFL iBT score 102. I want to apply for FALL 2007. Can u suggest me which universities to search for? I m interested in Communication field. I have searched a lot but am not getting reliable university rankings for Electronics. Also what parameters of the Universities to search for. Please Help me out?
