University Education - Admission- Migrating on F 4 Visa

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am getting to the US in December last week on Family Visa- F 4, AND NOT ON STUDENT VISA.

2. I am a convent Educated Indian, presently pursuing my First Year in M.Sc. in Applied Chemistry from M.S. University of Baroda.

3. I have joined GRE and TOEFL.

4. I will be in Passaic, NJ, NY.

Please tell me:

i. The earliest Intake month after december end;

ii. Will I get admission on my Score of 53% in B.Sc.;

iii. whether I must complete my GRE;
