I guess you need to give the USMLE exams before you can actually work there. Also, getting there with a Indian graduate certificate wont quite make up your case. You could be easily rejected the visa. I havent heard of people doing Medical studies in india and wanting to work there. Suit yourself. You can ask any consultant for a free advice.
