Hello madam, Well you can definitely try again... 2 of my friends got it the third time.. Jst remember to ask him to be truthful in the answers... When they ask him "Why do you want to go to this univ?".. he should not say. " because I want to come back to India".. a more appropriate answer would be ... " because I am very passionate about my education and want to learn a lot".... He has to be calm and collected during the interview process. don't mention anywhere that you have a relative in the US at all!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me know if you have any more questions.
