Enquiry regarding scope of law in USA

Sir,

I am a law student in India. I want to do Company Scretary course from India after completing my law.Please tell me the scope of Company Secretary in USA for the students who have done CS Course and law from India. Do the companies of USA accept the applicants for the post of CS from Indian students?
