Admission to MS in Architecture in USA

My Brother this year has complited B.Arch. Now for further education i want to send him to USA for persuing MS in Architecture.



I want to know clarification of following querries:

1. He has taken 1 more year more to complite his degree, will it affect on his admission to MS in USA?

2. What will be approximate expenditure inclusive of College fees, hostel, foods etc? In short total expenditure.

3. Any opportunities of part time job while persuing the same course and can student get time for part time job?

4. Details of admission procedure.
