It is very clear to me that reservations provided little help to the needy people.
Overall existing reservation system failed to address actual need of classes who needed help.
A comission should be gathered to find out results and recommend on further policies of reservation. Also their recommendations should be acceptable to everyone.
It should consist of intellectuals from multiple classes and should be give extensive data and systems to find out exact impact of policies. Also they should be provided with resources necessary to take it further.
