Software industry is fake industry. There is no doubt on it. This is because as a fresher it is difficult to get an entry in IT industry. So people are giving fake experiences to get interview calls. Though companies are doing background checks it is of no use. This is because fake guys are working there. Even background checks can not do anything. I know people who are working in top MNC. But they are fake. Even they passed in background check. So, why the company is wasting so much money for this check. It does not guarantee that the person is genuine if he is passed in verification. The fake guys are doing some set up and are cleard by verification process.
