fake resumes
by sudhakar on Jul 01, 2006 06:37 PM

The article is good to hear. To practice is difficult. Iam not heralding fake resumes, but only stating stark realities. In an ideal situation, yes it is wrong to fake resumes. But in a country where you can do anything and get away and every inch of the system is fake , especilaly the system of getting jobs is the privilege of a few, where most of them get through either through the backdoor or have been able to afford a good education and get a plum job. What about the others who constitute the major chunk of the society? Shall we leave them to their fate?
Gentlemen lets address the problem at the grass root level. How rightly Karl Marx said, "when Poverty knocks at the door, honesty flies out of the window'.
So if every thing around us is ok and every other system is fine and honest, then yes it is wrong to fake resumes. So be alittle empathetic also. All the HRs are you listening?????
