This article has been well written especially the part suggesting the do's and don'ts of resume building. I have seen in my past how many recuiter simply get away with all false promises to the candidates and promising them hefty sums of money as remuneration. This would ideally mean a lot to the honest candidate. In todays world of big rush from both the employers and candidates the consultants ( HR and hiring) are making ransome through huge marketing ways. Over a period of time this should subside else would be a bigger evil than piracy.
