it's terrible news 4 those students who have already dropped the second year after class 12th some have not joined other institutions to try 4 iit-jee for a 3rd chance it's incorrect to apply these rules from jee-2006 without prior information abt reducing the no of attempts it'll be nice if these rules start functioning from jee-2007
