I dont think this rule will let IITs intake better students than before. Giving only 2 chances to a person who wants to realise this dream is not good. There are guys out there who wants to work as hard as possible to get into IIT and when someone steps into ur goal ,thats very sad , I must say. During those 3 hours of JEE exam, anything can hamper ur performnace. that doesnt mean that u are not intelligent enough to beat other selected students. May be next time one may not repaet the mistake and get selected. I think govn should rethink over this rule
