Though you didn't ask me this question.I saw this and felt to give you some suggestions.See my dear brother,speaking english is not a matter but speaking correct english really matters.I will suggest you to go through vi/vii/viii th standard grammar books of ICSE,if you don't mind.Or go for cambridge publication any grammar book.Try to make small sentences but with correct grammar and also use very simple words.I am sure gradually you will pick it up but most of all speak up yourself standing in front of the mirror or when you are alone and don't forget to record your speech.Later on the recorded speech you can make corrections.
